  Cannot upload photos using Android Based Phones?

  Android based OS phone ( up to Android OS level  2.1)  cannot upload photos from a smart phone browser session on Tenper.com.   This is a limitation in the Android

  browser.  You will need to logon from a desktop browser and upload photos to your Tenper.com profile for now. We are looking to Android OS 2.2 to possibley fix this problem in Android browser.

  Cannot upload photos using an iPhone/iTouch/iPad

  The iPhone browser will not allow you to upload files (photos) from it.  This is a bug/feature of the iPhone.  To get around this "feature" we use the external App called CliqCliq to allow us to upload files.  The TenPer web page will exit and run the Cliqcliq application so you can pick and upload your images.  See below for a link to the application.

  If you docked the TenPer application to your iPhone this will mean the WebApp will exit and direct you to the CliqCliq application,  you need to log back in after you use the application, to get back to your profile.  Sorry about this, since we are not an APP in the iPhone store this is currently the solution we chose. Once Apple fixes their browser this will no longer be needed, until then, use this or a desktop browser.

  You can load the CliqCliq application from the iTunes store.

  What does the yellow dot on a profile photo mean?

  The yellow dot on a photo image means that this person is online at this time on Tenper.com.

  Spiny Wheel keeps going, page never finishes loading

  We use a new technology for our Chat and Message status.  It keeps a connection open to the server so we can send and receive messages real time.  Depending on the web browser you are using (Safari, iPhone) the loading wheel will keep spinning.  This is normal and expected.

  How do I delete my profile?

  Your account will automatically be removed from the active list after 6 months of inactivity.  If you do not access your account for 6 months it will be removed.
