Help:

• There are many mobile phone(s) and mobile phone companies. We cannot test on every mobile phone model. We offer this help section to guide you.
  
  
• Mobile Phone vendors are constantly upgrading or bug fixing their phones ( hardware and software ). All upgrades of hardware or software may affect for better or worse the use of our web site.
  
  
• We have made the mobile application work on your desktop browser, so if you have problems on your mobile phone you can use your desktop computer to setup your profile..
  

Phones:

• We have tested the web site only with mobile phones models: iPhone 3G, Android Nexus One (OS 2.1), BlackBerry Storm 9500 & 9550.
  
  

Photo Upload:

• Due to limitations in mobile phone software and phone browsers, each mobile phone we tested behaves differently see below:

  iPhone - You will be ask to download the Quickpix app from the Apple App store. This free app will allow you to upload photos from your iPhone photo library to our web site. Due to limits Apple has currently in the iPhone Safari browser you cannot upload a photo from your Photo Library directly to the web site using just the Safari Mobile browser.
  

  Nexus One - There is no way to upload photo using the mobile browser on the phone in OS 2.1. You will have to upload your photos to your profile use a desktop browser. (We are looking to the new Android 2.2 to fix this issue in the Android browser.)

  BlackBerry - You can upload from the Blackberry browser directly to our web site. After you upload a photo, you will need to login again to the Tenper.com web site. This again is a limitation in the phone software.

GPS:

• We are limited in using cell tower GPS for location services. This GPS is less accurate that mobile phone native application GPS.

iPhone Dock Icon:

• If you dock the tenper.com web site to your iPhone application menu. The application will log you out when you leave the application for photo upload and click on the Banner Ad's on the popup menus.
