In the event that any fraudulent claims are made on any of your personal transactions, be advised that we reserve the right to add to your account return fees as administered by the processor and collection costs when applicable. Additionally, we reserve the right to refer uncollected balances to third party collection agencies to investigate any returned bank/bankcard transactions.

"OPT-IN" and "OPT-OUT" Provisions

Site will capture visitor and member's status of each System Notice message state: 'has not been read', 'has been read' or 'has been delete from internal inbox'.

Member Content

Regardless of membership status (visitor or members ) all profile content is viewable by anyone, at any time that has access to the Internet. This includes but no limited to your family members, spouse, ex-spouse, partner, ex-partner, friends, co-workers, business associates, church members or present/future employers all can view your member profile.

The Company has no control over unscrupulous people that may copy member's content from the site for but not limited to: resale of content, generating fake profiles using your content or seeking revenge against you by make your content available to others. Unscrupulous users may post your content into an email and send this email to anyone associated to you.

If you do not wish for your likeness and profile content to be found on the internet or index and made searchable via internet search engines (example search engines but not complete listing: Yahoo, Google or Bing) do not create a member profile on this Site.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

All visitors or members should carefully read each of the terms and conditions of Membership of this Site. By accepting membership to this Site you are unconditionally accepting all of those terms and conditions. Some of those terms and conditions may also affect the right of this Site to use information that it has gathered from visitors or members.
